Pro subscribers may cancel auto-renewal at any time. Upon cancellation, your current paid period remains active until its end; no further charges will be made. Paid subscription fees are non-refundable.
If a technical failure renders the service unavailable for over 72 consecutive hours, we will provide a prorated refund for the affected subscription period.
